1. Why should I register?

To be able to look at your previous purchases.

To make sure we are able to email you about the status of your order, to acknowledge your payment, to let you know that your order was ship and give you the tracking number.

In case you would have a different address for delivery.

To subscribe to our news letter.

To be able to change your email address or password.

 

2. What paying method do you accept?

We accept Paypal the most secure on line payment.

Bank or postal money order (The International ones only from other country, others are not cashable in Canada).

Personal checks but those have to be cash and cleared before your order will be ship.

Cash.

 

3. I leave outside of Quebec, may I still buy from you?

There is no problem no matter where you leave you can still order from us  since we ship worldwide except for oversize and overweight items

 

4. When can I expect to get my order?

The total amount due must be cleared before item(s) will be prepared for shipment and it will be ship as soon as possible within 2 working days.

Once your order is shipped we have no control over service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Also there may be a delay because of the customs board if you are outside of Canada.

 

5. How much will be the shipping cost?

Shipping cost will vary base of the destination. The cost will be calculate by Canada Post when you will submit the address for delivery.

 

6. If there is any problem with my order what should I do?

If there is any problem with your order just send us an email to let us know and we will try to rectify it.

 

7. May I return an item I ordered?

You must contact us before returning any item and this one must be return within 7 days for refund, 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

Please take note that when returning an item shipping cost is at the buyer’s charge except if it was our mistake.

 

8. Do you combine shipping?

Absolutely! If you would like to buy more then one item, simply add it to your shopping cart and before checking out, send us an email to let us know and we will adjust the invoice to help you save money on the shipping cost.

 

9. How can I get a shipping quote?

To get a shipping quote just add the item to the shopping cart, then click on my shipping cart and you will have the option there to get an estimated shipping cost.
