Beautiful flame orange enamel exterior and non-stick matte black interior. The matte black interior enamel develops a natural patina ideal for searing and frying.

Double spout, handle with opening for hanging up.

In excellent pre-owned condition.

#20: 7.5 inches (19 cm) diam. X 1.5 inch (4 cm) high.

#23: 9 inches (23 cm) diam. X  1.75 inch (4.5 cm) high.

The satin black enamel has a smooth feel but is not as bright as other clear enamel interior finishes. Always heat the utensil well on a medium never high setting to get the right temperature.

Always cool a hot pan for a few minutes before washing. Do not immerse hot pan in cold water to avoid thermal shock. Do not use metal utensils. Do not use scrubbers or abrasive cleaners on the cooking surface, a nylon brush or pad can be used to remove stubborn residue.
