Like the one at the restaurant, not too thick or too thin, just the right texture.
Put all ingredients in the pressure cooker.
Select "Rice" and add 2 minutes to get 8 minutes.
When the time is up press "Cancel" and let the pressure drop naturally.
Even after the pressure has dropped, wait at least 30 minutes before opening the lid to let it thicken.
Serve warm or cold, as is or with a little syrup, ground cinnamon or nutmeg to taste.
